Deposit & Refunds

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total order price is required to confirm and secure your custom cake order.

• The balance must be paid in full 7 days prior to the delivery or pickup date.

• We do NOT offer any refunds. However, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within three months of your initial order. 

Order Confirmation

• Upon receipt of your order and payment, you will receive an order confirmation via email, which will include the details of your order, payment confirmation, and scheduled delivery or pickup date.

• Please review the order confirmation carefully and notify us within 24 hours if there are any discrepancies or changes needed.

Payment Methods

• All payments are processed securely. Personal information and payment details are handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.

Lead Time

• Orders for standard cakes and cupcakes must be placed at least 5 days in advance to ensure availability and timely preparation.

• Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to an additional fee.

Order Modifications

• Any modifications to your order (e.g., flavor changes, quantity adjustments) must be requested at least 7 days before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. We will do our best to accommodate changes but cannot guarantee availability or feasibility.

Inspo & Reference Photos

• Every order is custom and hand made.

• Decorations are subject to our artistic interpretation. You may provide a photo(s) for inspiration, but we will not duplicate another artist's work exactly.

Care & Handling

• We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner.

• Our cakes will stay completely fresh in the fridge for up to 5 days and 2 weeks in the freezer.

• We will provide care instructions based on your order

Cottage Food Law & Allergies

• This food is made in a home kitchen and is not inspected by the Department of State Health Services or a local health department.

• Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free

Photography & Marketing

• We reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at our discretion.
